Our existing alarm system had been maintained by Kestrel and eventually died. They were quick to respond and we decided to upgrade to a new modern system. The quote was emailed promptly and a few questions answered over the phone efficiently. The engineer arrived outside of working hours to install our system as we had no alarm at this time now. John, the engineer, was very helpful and in fact recommended a different system which would provide additional benefits to us. We agreed to go ahead and he returned to his office, at by now 7.00pm in the evening and returned with the new equipment. He completed the install and demonstrated the new alarm to us and completed the job by 10.00pm. All in all a very proficient product and service. Delighted and highly recommend Kestrel Alarms.
