Wow! I struggle to put into words at what a fantastic swim school West Grinstead Swimming Academy is! My youngest son has underlying medical conditions and I was very nervous to start him swimming, but once we received the sign off from his medical team that it was safe, I contacted WGSA. Vikki, Nick and the team are just so welcoming, kind, caring and understanding. My son was absolutely terrified of the water and of being held by someone who wasn’t me and then after just 2 weeks he was in and enjoying the water. We started with 1-2-1 lessons to help gain his confidence and after a term of 1-2-1s, we are now progressing to class lessons. His happiness and enjoyment of the water is just a joy to see. My older son also now has class lessons and they have been brilliant for gaining water confidence, improving his swimming skills, and most importantly he finds them fun and enjoyable! The whole WGSA team are friendly, welcoming, supportive & treat you like an extension to their family. The facilities are excellent, clean and warm and there is ample parking spaces! Cannot recommend this swim school enough!!

Started "Adult Improver" lessons here. Nick and the team have been great at building my confidence and improving my form. The facilities are top notch, and the pool is perfect to practice in. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their technique or has kids who want to learn to swim. Thanks WGSA!

My son and I love our swimming lessons at West Grinstead Swimming Academy! The teachers are brilliant and the levelled programmes are great. My son has made great progress with his swimming. As an added bonus, the pool is lovely and warm and the changing rooms are always clean. Highly recommend.

Both of my kids absolutely love their swimming lessons with Nick (and the other teachers they had during their catch up lessons, we sometimes need). Nick's teaching style is so adaptable and it results in super happy kids, who progress with the swimming really quickly. We love that the pool is lovely, warm and clean. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for great quality of teaching.

We've loved our lessons at West Grinstead Swimming Academy. The lessons are always fun and my daughter loves going. Children are treated with respect and never forced to do anything they're not comfortable with, instead allowing them to build confidence and progress at their own pace. My daughter has been attending lessons there since really little and is so confident and happy in the water as a result.

WGSA is such an amazing swim school. My daughter did an intensive course in the summer and was very nervous about starting, Nick was fantastic with her and gave her so much confidence. We booked weekly sessions and she absolutely loves it! And is now so confident in the water. My daughter counts down the days to her next lesson every week!

My daughter has been swimming for about 5 months and loves going every week. Her confidence in the water has grown so much after being very nervous and can’t believe how far she has come in such a short time. She has great support from Nick who teaches at the perfect pace. The facilities are great, always clean and a lovely warm pool. Added bonus is the parking right outside. Big thumbs up from our family.

WGSA is an amazing swim school, our daughter has been having lessons since she was 3 months old and her confidence and love of swimming is testament to how amazing the teachers are here. The teaching is gentle yet progressive and the teachers are very experienced and confident which is amazing for building confidence in the water. A bonus is that the pool is very warm and the building/facilities are clean and welcoming!

Perfect little swimming pool which is really warm for babies and toddler. My son has learnt so many skills since swimming and absolutely loves it. He can't wait to get in each week and clearly trusts Carly. The predictability of the class helps him learn and progress with his skills and confidence. The pool is always clean and we have always felt safe. Always recommending to friends and new parents.

Our daughter has been swimming at West Grinstead for 3 years since the age of 6 weeks and it continues to be the highlight of our week. It is easy to park, spotless and the water is lovely and warm. The teaching is at an exceptionally high standard with all the teachers and staff being incredibly friendly and kind. Their teaching programme has really helped to develop our daughters confidence in water and learn lots of new skills including water safety. Would highly recommend.
