Gate installation was good and the gates are nice but the replies are painfully slow. Constantly chasing and never ever get any response. Would be a lot better service if the communication was there

This is the third time we have used S.E.G and their service and quality of work is faultless. This time was to replace the hanging post with an oak one. Also new remotes and receiver . All work carried out perfectly and very pleased with the result. Would thoroughly recommend S.E.G .

Be careful if you use this company they came to repair the opening loop for the gates. All connections were exposed, We did some of the work for them and they were on-site for less than an hour and originally charged £350 inc they have reduced the bill to £300 inc but still way too much money. This amount of money could not be justified for the amount of work done. It was detailed as a call out charge.

Used SEG to reprogram our gate remote controls, worked less than 24 hours and was wrong again, used our normal company and that has worked ever since, refused any refund and after two un-pleasent discussions we paid up.

SEG are thoroughly professional and their knowledge of gates and the technology surrounding them is second to none. Always given options, never over sold and incredibly knowledgeable. Their attention to detail is fabulous. A pleasure to deal with, polite and very tidy and completing the tasks on time and to budget. I use a lot of trades people, and Alan and his team at Sussex Electric Gates are superb; the best - what more can I say. Can whole heartedly recommend them without any hesitation and a really nice gentleman too!
