What a wonderful and professional service! My much-loved mountain bike was in need of a lot of TLC after a summer of almost daily rides - I picked the Silver Service and feel like the Bicycle Barn went above and beyond in serving my bike, including replacing cables, rebuilding the rear hub and truing the wheels. Not only that, they also gave me a lot of advice for what to consider in the future to keep my bike riding well. I also appreciated the pick up/drop off service as I don't have a car myself, so this was perfect! I can thoroughly recommend Scott and The Bicycle Barn and I'll definitely have my bike serviced again there!

I took a 3hr bicycle maintenance course with Scott, who tailored the course specifically to my needs. It was extremely useful and informative. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a hands on approach to learning the basics (or even not so basic) of bicycle mechanics amd maintenance.

Such a fast and professional service. I visited the bicycle barn a couple of weeks back in order to replace my brake lever/shifter and bartape which had been damaged. I'd already sourced the parts and it was fixed within 7 days just before I was going away for the weekend. The whole booking, dropoff, payment and collection system was very easy and simple and they keep you updated throughout. And it was a bit cheaper than I had anticipated which was a bonus. Will keep you in mind for future servicing. Thanks!

I used the The Bicycle Barn recently (June 2021) to have the bottom bracket replaced on my 15 yr old Marin mountain bike. Scott did an amazing job in sourcing parts from around the world and even grinding off a seized crank/machining out the bottom bracket. The bike was rescued from the scrapheap!. Absolutely superb service - highly recommended.

Scott picked up my bike, serviced it (including truing my back wheel) and dropped it back, all within a week and at a very reasonable price. A great friendly service. I would highly recommend.

Had my Specialized roubaix serviced in March, when it came to riding it the front mech was clearly misaligned & scraping the chain in most gears. Little issues yes, but I expect my bike to come back in perfect working order after spending £70. Won't be using them again.

After limping in with a flat Scott saw my pain and helped get me back on the road, as a result I booked my bike in for some work, absolutely brilliant service didn’t hesitate to offer very knowledgeable advice and guidance. Couldn’t recommend higher.
