This company was recommended to us to tarmac our driveway, lay edging stones, drainage and slab a porch area. They have been absolutely first class throughout the job. Their priority has always been to ensure that we are happy with everything every step of the way. They were extremely helpful and accommodating when we changed our minds about a certain aspect and when we needed to access an area of the driveway for another job. We have used Skinners for a couple of projects and can't recommend them highly enough. Unlike many businesses of this nature they take a lot of pride and personal interest in looking after their clients. The first project was the groundwork and patio area for a new garden room in 2020, and now they have just installed a self contained sewerage treatment system. All on time and within budget. We will certainly be using Vince Skinner's company again for future projects. Wouldnt trust this business if the best judgment they have to offer is driving through Coolham village this afternoon at 3.15pm as the children come out of school at about 50 mph, so fast that they had to brake so hard to avoid hitting a car coming the other way, sqealing brakes the lot. Extraordinarily dangerous. I am guessing it wasnt the owner of RJ Skinner Ltd as I would have thought they would care more about how the local community view their business, hence they invest in branded vans that are easy to spot even when being driven by a mad man. (the second darker van I am pleased to say followed 2 mins behind at a very sensible speed)
