I have bought off this company now a number of times and I have not been disappointed with the quality of there products and of course service. If I could give them 10 star's ********** I would and I look forward to buying off them again. Well done Lord Trousers.

We ordered a duffle coat for £300 and paid the extra £14.99 for special next working day delivery. It arrived without the chin strap, called within the hour and were promised a chin strap would be in the post that day 18th December. Christmas came and went, it hadn’t turned up ? Called on 27th, advisor said she couldn’t help. Called on 28th and the advisor rudely cut me off mid sentence. I knew all along that they hadn’t posted it and was right because it finally arrived on 3rd January, having been posted at 5pm on 2nd January and only after an official complaint was sent in writing on the 28th, updated on 29th and again on 2nd. That’s it, we shan’t be using your company again nor recommending you.

Last month I ordered two pairs of new pyjamas - Size Large - costing £165 (order no. 813244) to take away on holiday. I ordered the ‘Large’ size as I am just six feet tall but was astonished to discover on attempting to
wear either/both pairs that the leg measurement for both was four inches longer than others that I own. My wife was very amused - but not I! It will now cost me £50 to have them adjusted by a local tailor. Your refusal to make the adjustment yourself
demonstrates lack of customer care.

Great customer service and quality is always the best.
The place to go for shirts, sweaters, and trousers.

I ordered several pairs of soft top socks including two orange pairs as advertised on their website. When they turned up they were a dirty orangey brown colour and the label said Burnt Orange and not Orange as ordered. I phoned them up and spoke to an assistant and a customer service manager, both of whom were rude and their behaviour on the phone was abhorrent. They did offer to exchange the socks but this would have meant my husband didn't get his birthday present. I suggested they post a free pair to make up for the error as I had bought quite a few and they had made a mistake. This didn't seem to make any sense to them and I was told to stop speaking and that the manager wanted to get her point across - her tone was rude and objectionable. I explained I run a retail business and had trained in Harrods in 1978 and would never ever speak to a customer in this fashion but she spoke over me. This appalling interaction should have been used as a training example of how not to treat a customer when something goes wrong. I will never ever buy anything from this company again not due to their product which is good, but due to the dreadful attitude of its manager and lack of training for the newbie. Problem lay with the manager not the untrained new person.Very poor attitude. Wouldn't have lasted a second in Harrods back in the day!!!

Purchased a cardigan in the sale. It is a nice product but I would not have been happy to pay original £90. It was worth about the £30 I actually paid.

I was keen to buy some decent cord trousers while we are in the UK for a few months. Found this online place but wasn’t happy to order online without first seeing and trying the trousers on. Contacted them and arranged to visit their office. Tried and bought two pairs (cord and moleskin) and I’m extremely happy with the quality, cut, fit etc and at the very competitive price. Somewhat strange business model - but it seems to work. (Visitors from New Zealand).

I ordered two articles last Thursday and paid extra to be delivered in two business days. I called customer service and i was given a list of reasons (excuses) as to why 2 business days is not really 2 business days :
- there were bank holidays
- order was received on Thursday but only dispatched on wednesday
- the delivery in 2 business days is not guaranteed but is an aim (why requesting extra payment if there is no service guaranteed)
I should have received the two items yesterday at the very least (3 business days since Tuesday) but I am still waiting. This was my first and last order. Appalling service through and through, from delivery to customer service. I wish I could talk about the quality of the clothes but alas I am still waiting for them (maybe next 25 th of December if I am lucky).
Call back today to ask where my trouser and pj are ; 0 response whosoever, this is the royal mail fault, and they hang up the phone on me when i was questioning their professionalism.
Run away, worst service ever

First-class shopping experience. Ordered 2 pairs of trousers, one of which didn’t fit as well as the other - which can happen regardless of retailer.
But return policy very simple, and perfectly-fitting replacement received a few days later. Would happily use this Company again.

As far as I could tell, without consultation, she bought most of my clothes from Next or M&S. Whilst these were more or less acceptable, I hadn't thought about any other source, not having to think about it in the first place - just like house cleaning, cooking, banking, or buying groceries. But, the death of one's wife (cancer) suddenly opens up a whole range of other activities previously entrusted to another.
Left now to my own devices, I researched and was attracted by the products, the reviews, background (family firms are invariably better than large corporations) length of business, returns policy and the websites.
Two firms stood out after much research, one very local here in Bath and Peter Christian.
I really must commend myself on my choices. Both are excellent, each having a different advantage over the other, thus fulfilling my requirements more than sufficiently.
